About
Jen has spent over two decades in both the private and public sector practicing civil litigation, with a focus on appellate work. Jen has represented major corporations in a variety of matters including securities fraud, class actions, patent disputes, international arbitration, and employment discrimination.
Jen has experience strategizing, researching, and drafting appeals as the lead on appeals cases. She has presented oral argument in both state and federal court in numerous appeals.
In addition to her work at Hilgers Graben, Jen serves as co-chair of the Colorado Bar Association Appellate Subsection Committee on CLE. Jen is also proud to serve as a Trustee to her alma mater, Hastings College. Jen resides in Denver, Colorado, with her husband, Andy, and their three children.
